About

The builder who sells

I'm Sandeep. I've spent my career at the intersection of technology and business — first in IT services, working with enterprises on the systems they run on, then in startups, where nothing matters until someone builds it and someone buys it.

That combination is rarer than it should be. Most consultants can tell you what to do; fewer can build it with you; fewer still can help you sell it. I work across all three — which means my advice is grounded in what actually ships and what actually sells.

The same curiosity that sends me down rabbit holes — agentic frameworks one week, pricing psychology the next — is what I bring to client work: an insistence on understanding things from first principles before recommending them.
